    For opening a trading account you can download  and fillup the kyc and online agreement  form from   " Downloads" on our website and attach the following documents :  

    • Photocopy of citizenship
    • Photocopy of Demat confirmation letter 
    • One PP size Photo
    • Photo and citizenship copy of guardian (in case of minor) 
    • Photocopy of pan card for transactions above 5 lakhs 
     Then visit the nearest Branch office  along  with original documents  for verification purpose. 
    if you have not opened a Demat account yet, you can visit our office   Sunday to Friday at 9:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.

    Yes, you can open demat account at Vision by being self present at our office premises   with necessary documents at a minimum charge of Rs. 100  + 50 ( 1 year renewal) .  But currently  , Demat account opening at Vision is FREE OF COST  under a ongoing ^ 6 months free offer !! " 

    DIS (Delivery Instruction Slip) cheque needs to be submitted by the next day of selling shares or else you can use the E-DIS feature from the mero-share to reduce the share.

    Payment is made based on T+2 settlement system which means that customers need to pay by 2  days after purchasing shares. Settlement will be carried out only after payment has been made.

    A DEMAT Account is an account that allows you to hold your shares in an electronic form. As holding shares in physical forms involves a lot of paperwork, long process and risk of fake shares, for simple and seamless trading and investing, DEMAT account is must to trade in Nepal’s Stock Exchange.
